Just brought my bff in to get checked out, I should have waited for the tonasket vet to get back in town. I didn't feel welcome when I walked in the door. The vet spent 10 minutes with my dog and repeatedly stated how bad he looks..well that is why I brought him in. She couldn't find anything wrong with him other than his apparent lack of luster. Suggesting it may be cancer which I feared I started crying. I am 6'2 200lbs trying to keep my composer the vet couldn't even hand me a tissue which sat right next to her. Being informed of the hundreds of dollars it would be just to get a diagnosis of what It may be and I told think about quality of life and what comes along with that thought. So not being able to make a clear headed decision I had to think about the next step and how to proceed. Now that my 10 mins is up its time to pay the bill. The front desk never acknowledged me instead sat talking to one another laughing amongst themselves. Only when asked to sign the bill is when I was acknowledged. I signed saying nothing and as I was leaving I was told to have a better day. I looked a her and said..50 bucks for ten minutes to tell me my dog is going to die. Ya I'm quite sure my day will NOT be getting any better. I've personally never seen so many heartless people at a vets office. PEOPLE THESE PETS ARE OUR FAMILY MEMBERS.!!!!!

Absolutely love the crew at Alpine, Denise is an asset to the community, and also their work and skill has never disappointed us. We appreciate all they do for our animals and livestock!

After killing 3 of my pups and putting my pregnant bitch through hell about 3 years ago. I once again ended up talking to this vet as they were the only one on call. His main concern was how much it would cost me to have him see my dog on an emergency call. And that I would also have to pay for an assistant to hold her because I am obviously not qualified in anyway. Been breeding for 12 years and worked in veterinary care prior to this. This vet clinic is last resort only!

They have compassion for pets / animals. We take our dogs and horses for exams and treatments. From the front desk to the caregivers this outfit is professional.Recommend Alpine as a vet for all.

Dr. Denise, can you please call me? I have concerns after my cat was injected thurs november 14, 2013. please! I am now extremely concerned! thank you, I am very very concerned about my 4 yr. old female dilute cat. please please please. u spayed her long ago and she is good on that front. but this most recent vacc injection....I need u to call me please!! js
