I have been using As[em for years, some good and some not so good experiences, but with my recent visit, I have to say I may never go back again, especially for anything else but a cleaning. The dentist, very unprofessional, while putting on my permanent crowns, failed to use any Novocaine at all...the worst dental/nerve pain I have ever experienced. The excruciating pain, radiated up to my left eye in which has already had already sustained nerve damage from other dental procedures that has caused a 40% loss of my eyesight in the left eye. The pain, the worst I have ever felt sent me both crouching in the seat and sitting straight in agony, only then did the dentist decide that maybe I should have some Novocaine to finish the procedure. The nerve sustained such trauma that it ached for two straight days afterwards....nothing but not caring about what she was doing.....I am sure the dentist was highly educated, but with her action you would doubt it......very rude, incompetent, and non-caring

My appointment started on time, office staff was helpful in filling out forms, and the Hygenist, Jennifer, was very gentle and cheerful.
