This store is a joke. Your employees seem to think they are above everyone else. Rude and snobbish. Only looked through part of the merchandise I took in and told me they were going to "pass" on everything and slid my totes across the counter at me. They need to be trained in customer service. I was made to feel as though I wasn't worthy enough to bring my used clothing into their used clothing store. I would like to remind them that they are working in a second hand clothing store. I'm sorry you felt my clothes as well as myself was not worthy of "Plato's Clothes Closet." These girls that are employed at this store are rude and snobbish. I left the store feeling humiliated and embarrassed. sorry I wasn't up to their over-inflated standard. I will never again step foot into this place. But then again, I'm sure they could care less. Sorry to have bothered you. This store is horrible.
