Our positive approach to helping patients recover from surgery or injury, and our comprehensive wellness programs, are recognized by our patients & community. Our goal is to put our patients on track for a healthier, more fullfilled physical life whether through injury recovery, injury prevention, or maximizing your physical potential, Summit Therapy & Performance Center will help you reach new heights!
