This place is a real treasure. I have taken my 1998 ML320 here many times. Jose is a master mechanic and has given me estimated that were much less after he has completed the job. I can't recommend him enough. Getting there is a journey, but well worth the effort.

Munich Autobahn is a great well respected place to take your vehicle the representatives there a very quick and courteous and very delightful to speak to the people there in that environment is awesome they also know what to do with your car how to fix it and treat you right 100% customer satisfaction

This place sucks when it comes to customer service. I stood in front of the desk for about 4 minutes waiting to be helped while the employees laughed and joked. The barely acknowledged me. Maybe the fact that I wasn't Spanish served as a reason for the terrible service. Finally the BMW guy looks at me and says "what happened"?? No hello how are you or how can i help...Just goes to show the many reasons why living in Miami friggin sucks. Shady Hispanics who only look after their own. The funny thing is I planned to spend at least 500 dollars but because the guy was such a jerk i said the heck with it.
