UPDATED REVIEW: After posting the below review, I was immediately contacted directly by the owner of Camillo's. He was incredibly courteous, he wanted to hear about my experience and treated me in the way I would have expected to be treated in the store. Had we met the owner at the shop, we would have become customers here. He answered all of the questions I had, and made me feel confident that Camillo's would have met our needs. While the man we met clearly was not at the top of his game, the owner certainly is and it helped to repair my opinion of this business._____________________________________________________________We were not impressed by our experience at the store in Orange. My fiance and I stopped in while we were looking for a tuxedo for him for our wedding. I cannot recall the name of the man we worked with, although he was nice, he did not provide a positive shopping experience. It started with him putting my fiance in a tux with a vest underneath that was such a mismatched shade of black, it looked almost blue next to the tux. I mentioned the very noticeable difference and was told it would be impossible to get the blacks to match and this is just how it is and no one will notice, so I should get over it. Well, that's clearly not true because I noticed immediately, and that means others will notice too. The man told me I was OCD and should stop being so picky. I told him we had just been in a shop (Val's) that had jackets and vests matched perfectly- seems like a basic expectation, not sure why this is too advanced for Camillo to figure out. Then, when I realized that renting would mean we needed to pick up the tux 2 days before our wedding (leaving barely any time to sort an issue if the tux was incorrect), I expressed concern about that. The salesman proceeded to argue with me about how everything would be perfect and I should read his reviews and got very aggressive when I didn't agree. I reaffirmed that I was uncomfortable, and that my fiance and I would think about it. Very glad we walked away- ended up purchasing a custom suit for him at Men's Warehouse down the street with help from their amazing manager, Eric. No arguing, no pressure, and they give you plenty of time to ensure your suit is exactly what you want before your wedding. I would not recommend Camillo and would advise couples to look elsewhere. This place has been around for a long time, but they are very unprofessional and defensive when you disagree with them- not a recipe for a happy customer!

went there for a courtesy measurement - treated very nice as though i had been a paying customer. also the gentleman doing the measurement knew the size before he used the measuring tape. very proffessional, an indication of a well run operation.

When we ordered our tuxedos, Camillos' was great. Their selection and price were the best. Everything went downhill after that. The day before my wedding, we went to pick up our tuxes. 1.) They ordered the wrong ties. We ordered bow ties, but they ordered neck ties instead. 2.) Since the ties were wrong, the shirts were wrong. When we told them about the mistake, they argued with me that the style they ordered was better "because it is what they men wore to the Academy Awards." Absolutely unacceptable. When I did not agree to their unapproved change, the tailor was sarcastic and rude. None of us appreciated it. The man I placed the original order with stood in the background... never stepping in to assist us with the obvious issues. They had to have bow ties driven over from their other location. While we waited, they had us try on whatever shirts they had in stock. It seemed like all of us ended up with different shaded shirts. When I pointed it out, they argued that the shirts are "labeled" correctly, but some are just older so they look dirtier. Yes -- their defense was that the shirts were the right color,... but dirty. That's why they looked different. You can not make this stuff up! My jacket had a stain on it, my father-in-law's shoes didnt fit (and they didnt have anything else for him). Not to mention that my poor groomsman had to wait there for them to drive bow ties over from their other store because I had to head over to the wedding rehearsal. A simple tux pick up turned into a several hour ordeal. I would not recommend Camillo's.

They'll give you an odd eye if you want to do anything out of the ordinary. Tux rentals are more expensive here than they should be, they'll run you over 160 dollars with tax for something that should be closer to 80 dollars. It's just cloth for one night! Their website is broken too, the area for Wedding discounts is currently malfunctioning.
