Timeing on the rx plan is terrible, but medication was delivered o time.

The medication was late , too many problems on the distributing side . Avoid at all cost

The Aetna Specialty Pharmacy billed Medicare Plan B 2x instead of my Plan D policy with Aetna. When I tried to order my non-specialty meds, I was told I wasn't through the 'Gap' period yet because of the Specialty Pharmacy's mis-billing. It took them 60 days to straighten it out. Specialty Pharmacy just kept lying to me. I had to file a Grievance against them and ask Medicare to investigate. Once it was cleared up, their regular pharmacy refused to send my garden-variety meds overnight, claiming the error weasn't their fault. They were rude and would not budge. They wanted their $20 for overrnight shipping no matter what! In the meantime, I was close to being out of my regular meds. Not even customer service could help, yet it's all part of the same company -- Aetana! I have told everyone I know NEVER to deal with Aetna. I had to wait until 2011 to change Plan D insurers. Never again!

used them for years with only minor problems. Now it seems they changed their delivery service so instead of getting my medication by 10:30-noon it could be here as late as 7 PM. Since it's now 93 degrees outside, that will be 24 hours in the heat. Granted, they use ice packs, I've yet to see if they hold up, and my medication holds up. Quality control person was certainly not a 'customer relations' person. :( I can't even take a shower until "as late as 7PM" since i have to sign for it and UPS isn't going to wait until i finish my shower. Why did they change delivery method? "I haven't a clue" was the response.

Difficult to work with, not real friendly, and so slow the medicine nearly didn't arrive in time for surgery. Billing was a mess too. Avoid if you can.
