My husband called these guys instead of our regular AC company by mistake. We were pleseantly surprised. Turns out it was nothing major. The technician was super thorough and spent extra time explaining everything that was going on with our AC. We will definitely be referring them again

I normally don't write reviews but I had to for these guys.... My Ac was out and I was sweating --- no air in June in Orlando -- horrible. Downtown Air was super responsive and the tech was awesome, he explained everything to me, (which to me is a big deal) he was able to fix the problem on the spot and even changed my really, really dirty filter for me.
