Horrible company, too much to write. STAY AWAY!! Will not honor legit claim. Had to sue them and still going on to this date for almost a year.

I am SHOCKED by the bad reviews here, as my experience was the polar opposite. It did start out badly with an initial decline of coverage, but when I spoke to the manger, Erick Schultz, and explained the situation, he couldn't have been more helpful. He re-opened the case and assigned Kindra George as our adjuster and she is probably the best person I have ever worked with in any circumstance! She came back to look at the damage, assessed that it was a coverable claim and from that moment forward, took care of everything. She did it with respect for our home; she was professional and courteous and got back to me every time I had a question. If it weren't for Eric and Kindra and the Olympus company behind them, I probably wouldn't be able to afford to send my son to college. I highly recommend Olympus Insurance. Be your own advocate, people. If you're in the right, then Olympus will indeed stand by you.

Got a Citizen's Depopulation letter from Olympus Insurance. Many reviews of this company call it a scam. My husbands is a C.P.A. and said that Olympus Insurance C.F.O. is not even a C.P.A.

While Demotech, Inc. rating them a A company. Weiss Insurance Rating is rating Olympus Insurance a D company.

Really Olympus Insurance is False Advertising because Olympus Insurance paid Demotech, Inc. to received the A rating.



Untruthful bad company. Even this national investigation posted at Weiss Insurance Rating say Olympus Insurance paid Demotech, Inc. for the A rating.

Scams customers with hefty premiums and refusal to pay on legitimate claims.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY LIE AND CHEAT! THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS NO CLUE AND SAY WHAT EVER WILL GET YOU OFF THE PHONE!

I would not recommend this company to anyone. One star only because it makes me pick a star to save the review.
