I arrived at Penney's on 3/2 ready to purchase a Seiko watch for my son's birthday. I asked the saleslady to explain the two round dials in the face of the watch and she said she "did not know what they were for". I was surprised she was in fine jewelry, with no knowledge and unimpressive people skills. I asked if there would be a little discount since she would be selling me the watch in the case and she said absolutely no. I took my business elsewhere. You need to do better Penney's. I am very disappointed. I then went to Macy's and they went the "extra mile" to get the watch I wanted. To Penney's: please put employees with good diction and personality who know how to sell.
