We contacted Bay Area Disposal when we moved into our new home last fall. I have to say, not happy at all with this company. Multiple missed trash pick ups. Driver blaming us, the customer for not placing trash on the curb which was false. After being reassured multiple times by the staff that someone would be back to pick up three weeks worth of missed trash, it is still sitting out on the curb. Just called again. Of course plenty of apologies and again, stating that someone will be out tomorrow to pick up the trash. No wonder there Evergreen trash cans as far as the eye can see in our neighborhood and zero Bay Area cans. We will be making the switch, trust me.
