I decided to get my drive shaft rebuilt for my 95 jeep cherokee 4wd lifted 6". These guys were much closer than Winston-Salem and I figured it would be comparable pricing to Olivers so I drove up to oxford. I got there and he immediately started tearing down the drive shaft without talking about pricing, even the Ujoints I had just bought a week ago. He gets into it and decides the whole thing needs rebuilt, so he starts adding up prices and we get to around $200, even at that price I was a little uneasy because Olivers had quoted me $100.00 but clearwater convinced me they use better parts. I decide to leave it there, he calls me a week later says its done. I drive back up there(1 hour each way) to pick it up and they say it will be $359... $150 more than quoted!!!! After a short argument about the quoted price he says that's the price and I walk out to drive back an hour home without even the parts of drive shaft he started tearing apart before even discussing price.
