Due to an illness I started losing my hair and the woman that worked there lied and mislead me about the product. I called the woman when I got home to tell her that product was wrong and the instructions on the box did not match the product she said to come back in and she would help me. ( FYI I live 30 min away) I drove back to the store and said to the woman that she was wrong and mislead and lied about the product; her response was that they do not give refunds nor store credit for hair products. I was blown away at how she had no shame about misleading me about the product! I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE FOR ANY BEAUTY SUPPLY needs. Horrible business practice and shame on them!
