I contacted Empire Air at 8am about a problem with my A/C and they were at my house by 10am with a technician that was friendly and knowledgeable. They found that the fan blade had come off and punched a hole in the condenser. My A/C was 15 years old so decided to replace the unit. Empire Air was able to get a new one and have my A/C back in service by 10am the next morning. Great Service.
