I called in late January 2011, and asked about rebuilding a headboard for a new bed. The "Craftsman" who I spoke to was rude, and indicated I should call a "carpenter." I asked if customized work was a specialty, and the reply was "I don't have enough staff to do a small job like that." You decide, a job too small when thousands are out of work. Would never recommend this craftsman for any job.
