I have been to this Torrid store in the Palm Desert mall and I was treated very well even if they were busy they never forget about you. I love the people that work here right now. I had Sasha help me and she was extremely helpful with showing me around and was very helpful during check out. Sasha had a smile on her face and was just extremely nice. I returned back to the store about 30 minutes later to buy more and was helped by Dana and she was also helpful during check out and there was another girl there that was working the floor and she helped me with trying on sweaters and picking them out. I just loved the customer service that I had on 12-22-2011 I wish every store would treat people like this. Thank You very much .invoice # 3404 & 421
