I surmise the Elmer family arrived via the Pacific Northwest bringing marketing skills, tested recipes upscaled to feed thousands of people a day - even the mid-July scorching season in the Coachella Valley. We have driven by for years, seen quality adverts and ratings and finally stopped for breakfast in 2018. A large family cafe feeding personal family recipes served by extremely hard working team members. Delicious food. Split a plate and have some Boyd's noethwest coffee.

Typical diner food. Went for lunch, but think it is probably a better place for breakfast. Milkshakes were REALLY good.

This restaurant had one of the best breakfasts that my family and I have had in a while. We recommend this to everyone.

I always wondered why the parking lot at this little restaurant was packed every weekend -- No wonder! They have the most incredible breakfast I have ever tasted! We couldn't believe that they also had the most healthy, fresh and tasty salads and sandwiches at lunch and beautiful steaks cooked to perfection and incredible prime rib at dinner! Huge salads and freshly baked dinner rolls. And if that wasn't enough - the best desserts! I can see why this has been a local favorite for over 30 years. A trip to Palm Springs wouldn't be complete without at least a couple visits to Elmer's at the sound end of Palm Springs! Don't forget them for lunch and dinner for a totally affordable great meal! They have beer and wine too! Enjoy!!!
