Garo scratched and ruined my beautiful ruby ring and refused to pay to have it repolished. Started as a simple resize, but he broke the bridge on the ring when he took out the ruby, then charged me ridiculous to fix it. He put the ruby loose in the same envelope as the diamond-studded setting and this allowed the diamonds to scratch the 10ct ruby one every facet. When I complained, he told me all it needed was a drop of oil to hide his scratches! Not so - oil just makes it look worse as the scrathes are noticeable to anyone and everyone. If you want your goods ruined and then to be charged through the nose to have it fixed, visit Garo and he'll give you what you want.

Garo the Destroyer! I had a new, beautiful custom men's ring just needing to be resized a little bit. This ring had a 10ct GIA certified genuine Ruby set in 18K white gold with many diamonds. When Garo removed the ruby to resize the ring, he broke the delicate bridgework in the setting and then charged me nearly $200. to fix what he broke! Then, he didn't resize the ring properly as it is now too large (I was in the store where he fitted me to assure it would fit right, but he later told me he forgot what size and made it too large) He also told me he would smooth the inside edges which he did not do. Then, to top it all off -- he absolutely ruined by gorgeous 10ct GIA Ruby by having placed it loose in the same envelope as the diamond-studded setting which scratched every ruby facet badly! When I complained he told me all it needed was a drop of oil to hide his scratches! He then told me to send it in for him to "repair" - been there, done that! "Not a dime" and then he hung up on me
