They were really professional people and worked with us! We had started off with sports bikes, and then switched over to mopeds. They gave us the best deals!! Definitely give them a try!

Do not ever rent a scooter or moped from this place. I rented one, it broke down and the man in charge Steve would not give me a ride back. I had to walk two miles before taking public transportation to my condo. When I returned to get my deposit back, Steve stated he would be charging my credit card for the full day when I had it less than an hour. This place has no business cards, no customer service, and no ethics. I hope to anyone who reads this you learn do NOT rent from them. They will steal your money and not think twice about it.

Please DO NOT use these rude shady people. Their cycle would no start after we got to P ier park. They would not even give us a portion of our refund. Steve was one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with.

If I could give them a negative or a BIG FAT ZERO, I would definitely give them one in a heartbeat. Long story short..My family came into the shop to rent 9 vehicles overnight. The shop was very disorganized and unprofessional to say the least. They were changing prices every few minutes. When it was time to pick up our vehicles, there weren't a thorough inspection made to the vehicles nor was there any disclosure made to us. There were one scoot coupe that had a very loud noise like the muffler is about to blow of some sorts. We brought it up to their attention. The employee just totally ignore our concerns and played it off like it is no big deal. The vehicles were pretty crappy because you can really see the wear and tear on them (e.g, broken windshields, scratches all over the vehicle etc.). When we returned it the next morning, the Manager approached us and say that we damaged one of their scoot coupe. We told him that it was like that when we got it. Of course, the previous day crew weren't working at the time. He asked us for our credit card and swiped our credit card. We asked him, why was he swiping our card? He says, you are being charged for the damage and the damage is $900. We told him, we are not authorizing this transaction. He says, it is okay because you already signed it yesterday so I got your signature for the damages. He continue to say that we have 2 options: 1. is pay for the damage of $900 or 2. it can go up to $1200. WTH..Definitely calling our credit card company to dispute this charge. The manager is very unprofessional and rude..

Nothing but scam artists working here!! We rented 4 scoot coupes and 5 scooters here. Manager was not present at the time. Had to deal with sub-par employees. People changing prices every 5 mins. We see people return scooters and coupes in and out, and none were being inspected when they were brought back (there's a continuation to this part later). So they were getting the scooters and coupes ready for us outside, didn't get to do a walk thru of previous damages before renting. We noticed one coupe was louder than the rest and brought it to their employee's attention. He just shrugged it off and said thats how it was. When it was time to return it the next morning, the manager was there this time, but not the employees from the previous day. Right when we got there, he told us someone owes him $900 for damaging his product (the loud one). Then he changes the story and says he was telling a story of a previous customer. So we're like "oh, thought he was talking about us." Tells us to come inside and pulls out some rental paperwork we signed the previous day. Then asked which credit card the rentals were under. I said it was under mines and he asked to see it. Then he starts writing some things down and says he's charging me $900 for damages. WTF?! So all 11 of us are trying to explain to this "manager" why they rented out damaged goods and then blame it on us....to no avail. So he tells one of his employees to go take a picture of his "damaged" part. Employee comes back with his phone picture and says its all F***** up. Mind you, we never got to take a glimpse of the picture if it even meant anything. Right before he swiped my card to charge me, i yelled out, "I'm not authorizing that transaction!" And the manager tells me "i don't need your authorization" and swipes it anyways. WTF?! But wait..here's the kicker. He says he doesn't need my authorization for that transaction but gives me and ultimatum. Either sign this $900 receipt or the charges may go up to $1200!! Red flag!! Gimme my credit card back! While all this is happening, we noticed they weren't even inspecting the other 8 we rented!! Seems like it was already set up if you ask me. Dispute and investigation is in the works on these scammers. Everyone, please take caution of this establishment!! King of scammers is more like it!!
