The Emerald Coast Division serves the six-county area of Bay, Calhoun, Gulf, Holmes, Jackson and Washington counties. We're proud to serve our communities through adoption, Early Steps (early intervention services for developmentally delayed children), children's and family mental health counseling, Clair's House (residential group home for teenage girls) , infant mental health, targeted case management and dependency case management.
