On June 18, 2015, this business processed the final paperwork for the sale of my home. I was disappointed with the service for several reasons: 1. There was zero contact with me as seller of the property except for a request through my realtor to contact my lender for a payoff authorization and amount. This was very lazy. A formal request must be generated by the title company with my authorization signature. This didn't happen until i insisted that they do their work! 2. The net proceeds due me at the appointed closing date/time was not available for several hours. If I had known that the net proceeds check was not going to be available, I would have forced the title company to reschedule to a time when they would have the funds in hand. Again, very lazy, bordering on incompetent.

The purchase of our property turned into an absolute mess. Not sure if it was their fault, the lender, or even our realtor's fault, but that is a door my husband and I hope to never walk through again.
