This company is one of the best out there. I've had my difference but it's the past Josh up front is very knowledgeable and caring and will take care of you in a heart beat. David Lovett the owner has done an amazing job keeping this company strong and running great.

I am a single mother of 3, with a budget. My 1998 TOYOTA COROLA, overheated coming back from visiting my parents in Clearwater. Went on superpages and got quotes from two other companies. Mad hatters price was right, but more important was that they care, an took time to explained the problem and assisted me with towing the car to their shop. I normally don't take the time to comment. but again they really went out of their way. Gratefully a new customer

Great service. Auto repair is stressful enough. Not being from Panama City, I depended on the Condo's maintenance supervisor to tell me where to go to get my car fixed. The suggested Mad Hattter. The first Mad Hatter we went to were not helpful at all. I called the Condo Super and he told me to go to the one in town. So, we did and I as very pleased with their service, prices and professionalism. They acted like they were actually glad to see us. They made us feel right at home. The owner talked with us about our home (we're from Mississippi) and even suggested some good local restraunts. I thought he was going to ask us out for dinner. Bottom line, real nice, real professional and a pleasure to do business with. We will be back if we have any more car troubles.

Fantastic People! Great Prices! This is the only place in Panama City I would let touch my car. In and out within 2 hours with my car running perfectly!

The people were very friendly, but the prices they gave me were outrageous. They wanted $400 for a part I bought new for $60. I didn't get any work done with them, because their prices were so much higher than everyone else's.
