Ordered two 3-meat, 2 veg, 1 dessert meals. Excellent service, very helpful to 1st time visitor. Meat was very well prepared; generous servings, chicken, ribs and pulled pork were tender and juicy. Grilled corn was not grilled but boiled with very little taste that had absolutely no seasoning. Potato salad tasted OK but had the consistency of beef stew; very soupy. One final thought: Why spend hours cooking the meat to perfection over an open pit and serve it to the customer drenched in BBQ sauce? It may have something to do with your sign that states, "it's all in the sauce". Actually I think the taste of the meat should speak for itself. I can buy 25 sauces down the street.
