I bought a computer from Staples two months ago and was having trouble with it crashing. They sold me the computer with the understanding it had a one year warranty. They failed to tell me that they DO NOT honor manufacturers warranty and do not provide any customer service on products they sell. They wanted to charge $70 to determine what was wrong on a 2 month old computer. I was told to send it back to the manufacturer. Buyer beware that you will get no support on products you buy from there.
