The staff has been anywhere from unhelpful to rude both times that I have been here. They try to sell only the most expensive fireplaces and won't even discuss anything other than direct vent systems. Not everyone wants to drill holes in the front corner of their basement, thus creating an eyesore on their house. They treat you like a nuisance and not like some one they want to do business with. DONT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

I bought many products from this business. Including two gas free standing stoves. The store sales person is very friendly and helpful....the install went well...but when you have a problem the service is ..well less than helpful. I have been waiting for over a year to have a stove which was over $2000 fixed. I have called and went to the store MANY times to request the work be done. I have yet to hear back.
