What a beautiful community. I toured this community last week. I am excited to be moving my parents in, the administrator and assistant manager were knowledge and very friendly. I feel I have made the best choice for my parents in their home town area.

My Uncle lived at Wyngate for a few months during the end of his life. Wyngate staff took very good care of him. He really enjoyed the last few months of his life, thanks to all of the staff at Wyngate. They all did a wonderful job in making sure that he was taken good care of, that he felt loved, and that he was comfortable. He thought of the staff at Wyngate as a second family. He really enjoyed all of the attention that they gave him. I am very thankful that we were about to find Wyngate when he needed a place to stay. Thank you to all of the staff and other residents at Wyngate for looking out for my Uncle. We really appreciate it. I only hope that when I reach the time in my life that I need assistance that I am able to go to Wyngate. I couldn't have asked for anything better for my Uncle.

After having relatives at Wyngate for several years, I find it impossible to recommend the facility to anyone.

For an individual who requires only minimal care, it would probably be bearable. On the other hand, anyone who requires individual care should look elsewhere. Wyngate currently has residents in varying degrees of dementia, alzheimers and other disabilities. In my opinion, Wyngate has neither the facilities, personnel or training to adequately care for these individuals. It also appears the facility wastes resident's fees on public relations campaigns that have no actual benefit for the residents. Finally, I do not believe the facility has the management or supervision that is necessary for the proper operation of such a business.
