2 technicians were friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, expeditious with a no-nonsense approach to the job at hand.
I was very happy with the outstanding service I received from Alan and Nicole. They were very prompt in scheduling my pickup and arrived on time. I really appreciated Alan being able to capture my data and then explaining to me what was wrong with my PC and what he needed to do to get it back. Alan cleaned my disk of malware and optimized my performance. They picked my machine up on Wednesday evening, I had it back on Friday evening. I would / will recommend Advanced Computer Tech Support to anyone who is in need of any type of computer repair or service. Bill

After a previous computer company performed a data migration from our old to new computers we found not all outlook folders were migrated and our wireless computers were now unable to communicate with our copier/scanner. In our office we do not have a server, our computers are different models, have different software and different operating systems. Despite our confusing set up, Alan and Nicole were great sports. They were knowledgeable and visibly comfortable working through our set up and resolving our issue and even gave us helpful tips. I would recommend using this company. I was very happy with the outstanding professional service I received from Alan and Nicole. They were very prompt in scheduleing my appointment and arrived on time. I appreciated Alan explaining to me what was happening with my computer and what he needed to do to get back in great working order. answered all questions. provided timely support and recommendations. responded rapidly.
Removed bogus security antivirus and spyware from computer. Reconfigured wi-fi for whole house coverage. Set up internet television. Set up wireless printer, making it compatable with wireless tablet. These guys are wonderful. This was our second time using them. The first time they set up our system approximately three years afo. The same team came out yesterday. They even remembered our dogs. Talk about thorough and they dd not leave until I understood how to work the various components. They also urged me to contact my bank regarding a bogus anitvirial application I had purchased, my bank is investigating the scam. We have recommended them to neighbros, who were very happy with the service. We would hire them again.
Alan and Nicole impressed me with their competentcy and professionalism. They arrived at the appointed time, listened to my concerns and presented me with the pros and cons of two options that would alleviate the problem - all in understandable non-techie terminology. At our initial telephone conversation I noted a possible router problem as an issue. Being proactive they brought a new router - which resolved the problem - that enabled a resolution with one visit. We were very pleased with the service given by Alan and Nicole of Advanced Computer Tech Support. They assessed the problem with our computer and took it in for cleanup and a new security system. When they returned, they were professional and patient about explaining what had been done and answering all our questions. A week later, when we were unable to print, we called and Nicole spent all the time needed to talk us through correcting our problem. We would recommend this service.

I needed tech support for my pc and called ACT pretty much blind They had a problem getting here for the initial appointment which gave me pause but they showed up on-time for the rescheduled appointment and did a great job cleaning and tuning up my system. In my professional life I had a great deal of experience with tech support service and I'd have to rate this team among the best. They were professional and pleasant and gave me good hardware/software/maintenance advice. My issues were resolved and the system's in great shape. I feel like this is a tech support shop I can rely on. .
This is the first review that I have ever written for any service. The outstanding service that Alan and Nicole provided today compelled me to write this commendation. My request was unusual: Following my brother's passing, I asked them to help me to process for donation his two computers, along with their components and accessory devices, as well as many odd cables and old components. They understood that my purpose was to provide working setups and useful components to wheelchair-bound---and often homebound---individuals, so that they will have better means to connect with potential work, friends, and family. The result far exceeded my expectations, as Alan and Nicole organized perfectly donatable groupings of hardware, components, and accessories. As a longtime Mac user, I was completely dependent on their expert help to accomplish this Windows OS task. As a techie myself, I truly appreciate the respectful way that they described what they were doing, keeping me fully informed.

Allen and Angela were great. This is the first time we used Advance. They are very professional and prompt. After hours and hours of trying to get my new printer to print a DOS program they brought in a printer that was compatiable, set it up and had me printing within an hour. Thanks for your help. .
Advanced Computer Tech Support is the best computer repair company I've ever used. They responded to my message five minutes after i called and they came an hour later. My desktop had 211 viruses and it wouldn't even turn on. They completly revamped my computer and fixed it in no time and it ran just as smooth as when i first bought it. I would highly reccommend this company to anyone who wants their computer fixed efficently, quickly and at a very reasonable price. Top of the line service.

Our old pcs needed replacement. Since we used ACTS in the past, we asked them for a recommendation. We put our confidence in their knowledge and expertise and their ability to find the right pcs for our needs. Within one week of our call, Allan and Angela came to our home with two new pcs, installed them, transferred files, setup our internet connection, antivirus software, microsoft office, etc. They took time to explain the new software features and did not leave until we were totally comfortable with our new pcs. Allan and Angela worked at our level which made the transition to the new pcs less intimidating and stressful. After several weeks with our new pcs, everything is working perfectly, thanks to the professional help we received from ACTS. We recommend ACTS without reservation and will undoubtedly use them in the future.

Allan and Angela were prompt and efficient. They explained our issues and then quickly resolved them. We were up and running within 2 hours. We also sent a terminal with them that had never worked right out of the box (but we let sit for 2 years). They diagnosed the problem from their shop and returned the next day in working condition. Excellent repair experience! My $4000 custom gaming computer was comatose from the "System Tool 2011" virus. Alan completely removed all of its components and restored my computer to health. He also noticed that a fan was making noise and replaced it. That this company cares and pays attention to detail were obvious. I would recommend Advanced Computer Tech Support without hesitation.
