If I could give a zero for professionalism I think I would give one to this place. Please take fair warning this place is not for kids. I agree 100 percent with the other reviewer in saying that the owner is pretty much unavailable and that leaves his very rude , unprofessional, seem to be uncaring , under trained, no patients staff to run his busy. Our kids attended this daycare for 2 years and at first everything seemed ok but in the last year it seemed as if the teachers were just anyone off the street. They couldn't have been trained teachers. Please beware of leaving your little ones with these people while you are at work.

They don't know how to deal with customers

Good luck trying to reach the owner I guess he's too important to return calls. I finally get to visit this daycare but had to sit in the dark while waiting for the owner to arrive...met with the owner ...in the dark .. he would not give me a tour I couldn't tell u what the upstairs day care looked like...I was restricted to one spot...I thought that was odd most day care providers give a complete tour I should have known something wasn't right when the staff didn't speak not even a head nod.. they seemed cold, unfriendly to be working with little ones..barely looked in my direction while standing a few feet away ...well this was confirmed when I called to followup with the owner who I could not catch up with AGAIN.. mean while I had to talk to staff ...the young lady I spoke with (and I use that term loosely) had a serious attitude problem... she acted real street mad at the world nasty for.no apparent reason so obnoxious and nasty I was surprised. ..who talks to a prospective parents like that...she was extremely unprofessional ..finally she tells me they filled the spot..I said I thought the owner was going to call me...she said "well I'm telling you...I'm telling you right now" and hung up. I was stunned. If you're nasty to a parent for making an inquiry about services...how are you going to be to my child when I'm not there to watch you...u will not be trusted with my kid.
