This company keeps placing commercial signs advertising their business in the Baltimore County area zip codes 21234 and 21236. It is illegal in Baltimore County to advertise with "signs on the side of the road" as this company continues to do. I see on other websites such as google that there are other reviews complaining about this dating back to 2016. All I can say is that my community association has removed this companys signs on 5-23-16, 11-3-16, and 5-15-17. Each time a sign was removed, this company received a letter explaining the Baltimore County zoning law, giving them a copy of documentation that indicates average taxpaying citizens have the right to remove these signs. The owner of this company responded to another post indicating that he did not know the advertising company hired was putting signs up illegally. Well, today is Labor Day 09-14-17, and I just now removed ANOTHER sign from a telephone pole. This is illegal, and this information has clearly been communicated to the owners of this company via 3 letters. Also, The Baltimore County Zoning Board was notified about this repeated offender, and the Baltimore County Zoning Board opened a case and had this company remove an illegally placed sign. So, I dont want to hear that this company does not know about Baltimore County Zoning laws. This company is wasting taxpayer dollars because citizens who want to protect the value of their homes have to keep contacting the zoning board to have a taxpayer paid government official contact this company to AGAIN explain the law. I dont want to hear that they dont understand this. After repeated complaints to them via mail, they then posted a sign 15 feet off the ground on a telephone pole, so average citizens could not reach it to remove. AGAIN, the government had to be notified. I have no idea as the quality of this companys work; however, if you are a Baltimore County taxpayer, please do NOT support a company who does not seem to want to play by the rules. Enough is enough. This company KNOWS what Baltimore County Zoning laws are, and they refuse to abide by them. Our community organization has also called this company multiple times, however, the voicemail always says that the box is full. Yea, they are full of something.
