Do not use this company. They insisted on full payment before job was complete and never came back to finish. The technician they sent raked of alcohol and was asking me to borrow tools. What a joke. needless to say after lie after lie I had to finish the job myself in the middle of the coldest winter on record. Kept saying he would send me a check to make up for me having to finish the job. After repeated calls I never received squat. What a bunch of low life's 0 stars for them.

Parma air heating and cooling, I want to give praise to Brian and his crew . What an amazing job they did at my moms house . She called he was there a.s.a.p. . I saw the great job he did for my mom and I had him do work for me . Now he's working on everyone I know there heating and cooling. Highly , highly recommended.����

I used Parma Air this winter and they are horrible. Brian never returns calls and its always one lie after another. He still doesn't have everything working right. Oh, and they are cooks! An item disappeared from my basement while they were working here. DO NOT use them!! Find someone else!!
