      General Info
      Year-Round Program KidsArt teaches a classical, realisitic drawing and painting program. Students learn to draw and paint subjects such as still-life, the figure, landscapes, cartoons, animals, and more. Today KidsArt teaches classes to over two thousand students each week in all of its combined programs. Classes are held on weekdays and on Saturdays in sixteen KidsArt studios, located in southern, central, and northern California, as well as Seattle, WA. Students of all ages are inspired by being taught individually. Children, teens, and adults are learning skills that will last throughout their lives. They are proud of their work and what they have come to see as major artistic accomplishments that they never thought before possible. Students no longer experience frustration or boredom, as nurturing, caring teachers help overcome obstacles while students gain self-confidence and a real pride in their work. Summer Workshops During the summer months we ex pand our program to include a variety of summer workshops for students ages 6 and above. These workshops are designed to broaden perception, abilities and affinity for many different media, as well as spark a desire for future investigation and learning as a young artist. Workshops will include media such as clay sculpture, animation, anime, figure drawing and portraiture, cartoon paper sculpture, and cartooning/super heroes. All day and half day workshops are offered.
