Let me start by saying I’ve already had great service from these guys and always have recommended them, but this last time I took my car in to have the check engine light diagnosed and repaired. He was very fast with the diagnosis and told me they could fix it that day for a price which they did. I paid and drove home. I ride a motorcycle so I didn’t use my car until 2 days later. On that day I get in and the check engine light is on again. I figure we’ll I’ll take it back to him and see what he says. They look at it all day and can’t figure out what is wrong. Then they call me and tell me that they think it’s a sensor which was working the other day (weird how it went out on my way home) so he tells me they are going to try another one. I said ok. Never once was price talked about or anything. I’m thinking to myself is this their mistake they’re going to cover or am I going to be held liable here for this, so I am ready for either and of course when I come to pick it up Amir walks outside because I am sure he knows I’m going to be dumbfounded to hear I have a $200+ bill when I just paid $300 2 days prior. Now my car idles hard, smells of gas when idling in a drive through and oddly my mpg has gone from (24mpg-25mph) to now (17mph-18mpg). It’s all just strange. I want to take it back so they can fix it but can’t afford to pay another $200+ bill. I brought it here instead of a Cadillac dealership because i was assured they could do the work right and it would be cheaper, but now I’ve paid more than what was quoted by the dealership.
