The doctor was great. However the staff were awful. I asked if my insurance covered a frame like the pair I had on. They told me how bad my insurance is, were yelling about how annoying it is to look for a certain pair and how little money they make on it anyway. They were extremely rude. When leaving, the front desk lady who seemed nice asked if I was ok and I said well I don't think I'll come back here again but I'll be ok. Well then the next day I got an email with my perscription saying they weren't going to fill my glasses order and to go elsewhere. When I called to ask to speak with someone the same lady that helped me got on the phone. Screamed at me. And then hung up on me. Now I'm not even sure if I can get glasses though insurance somewhere else. And I was told I was very picky and how much hard work thy did. But isn't their job to show customers glasses? Do not go there.

I was present in that office when Martha G.(the reviewer) was there. That woman was loud, obnoxious and abusive to the staff in general. I've been going there for almost 25 years, and my children and their children are also seen here. They are actually wonderful. This woman is nuts and also cannot spell.

this business after we complained about their services has told me that they do not wish to see my daughter as a patient anymore, because I complained due to their poor eye patient customer service, for not letting us know if my daughter was going to be approved for her new glasses by the health insurance, they care more about how much they are getting paid as was told to us exactly by the person that told me that they don't even get that much for the glasses. I had no intension of bringing my daughter back after having to deal with this for 6 years, same thing poor communication skills regarding her eye care, when she was due back, answering questions with knowing instead I don't know. They never apologized just told us that we were not welcomed there anymore instead of letting me tell them (out of respect for all their mistakes) that I was not bringing my daughter there every again. How would they know janything about concern for a patient or professionalism. My daughter needs glasses because she nearly died, but that's not their concern! they just care how much money they get! Discusted at all the excuses from these people. Anyone who really loves themselves and their loved ones wouldn't go here, and that is why I will not be taking my daughter here again, because I do love her and I only want what's best I'd never settle for this... they have 2 offices one in Holtsville and one in East Patchogue. Every patient should expose these doctors that only care about how much money they make intead of customer care that brings more patients. Shameful. I know God knows and he you WILL answer to whether you believe in him or not or realize it or not.
