El peor servicio! No hay nada de profecionalismo,ni educación . Los empleados no saben hablar como personas civilizadas.No entiendo como en oficianas publicas se permiten trabajar personas sin nivel academico por lo menos mínimo. No es posible que una oficina que esta supuesta de servirle como ayuda al pueblo dominicano tenga en frente personas ignorantes . Nesecitan seriamente más entrenamientos con sus empleados.

Great service in the Paterson location,much better then New York location..when I went to Paterson the treated me so nice I did not get no attitude for the worker they made me laugh instead I love it, NEW YORK it was an attitude the moment I got there, and they weren't trying to help at all, the girl at the front fest was very nasty..I haven't been in dr since I was 17 so my passport expired so Newyork gave me an attitude cause I didn't have a "cedula" but New Jersey explain why and treated me so good was unbelievable...GO TO PATERSON MUCH BETTER SERVICE!!!

La peor oficina que existe me avergüenza ser dominicno uno viene a solicitar un acta de nacimiento alas 930.am y estoy aquí alas 340 pm y dicen que vuelva ma,ñana ..un reguero de botella solo hablando y no ayudan ......
