General Info

A central part of my legal practice since 1992 has been bankruptcy law and helping my clients file for chapter 7 and chapter 13 bankruptcy protection. The bankruptcy law gives people a fresh start by wiping out some debt and creating a payment plan that the bankruptcy court determines is reasonable. I like being able to help relieve my clients of some of the stress and chaos caused by credit card debt, medical bills, foreclosure notices, auto repossessions, past tax bills, burdensome student loans and other bills. I offer a free consultation and all our meetings are private and confidential.

Location

I choose my office location because it is centrally located, very easy to get to and has plenty of parking. The business is on a quiet commercial street in Federal Hill in downtown Providence.
