The owner of this company, Mike Comtois, is a liar and a thief. He installed a floating floor instead of the floor I wanted and specified and that he told me he was ordering, which was a T&G nailed down Eucalyptus floor. The floating floor is now buckling every time it rains because even that he did not install correctly. He refuse to make it right by sucking it up and installing the floor I ordered. Also, he owes me for materials I paid $941 for, which were never delivered and installed.
