They are spectacular. My home was impeccable and I actually had time to relax for once. I was advised that they are under new management (even since April of this year) because i was worried about the reviews, but let me tell you that they go above and beyond.

If I could give no stars, I would. Molly Maid is very unprofessional. I called for a free home estimate and was very excited bc they seemed to know what they were talking about; answered all my questions and I was told they show up in marked cars and uniforms. What could go wrong? Well, after I was called the day of the estimate to confirm the address, no one showed up. Not even a phone call, the hours just rolled by. I called, but of course no answer. I will be taking my services elsewhere bc if they can't even show up for the free home estimate, I can't very well expect them to show up and clean my house.
