Ian came out to check on why our AC unit has been unnecessarily noisy since we moved into our new house a year ago. Yes, the filters need changing, but the noise has always been extreme in one of our 2 AC units. Not only was he rude, when I asked him to please listen to what I was telling him he yelled at me, "It's not my job to listen to you!" He took out the dirty filter and there was no noise. No kidding! He didn't put a clean one in to test the difference, so he couldn't diagnose the problem. When I pointed this out he said, "That's not my job." The rep from my builder came over with a clean but different filter and the noise was greatly reduced. Turns out the filters we've been using that were the same as the one that the builder put in let in the least amount of air, making more noise. Once he explained this to me, all was good. Why couldn't Ian explain that the type of filter made a difference? It could have been a quick and easy service call, but he made it really, really bad. Will never, ever do business with this company!
