JVL Laboratories is a contract manufacturer of private label personal care products. The company custom manufactures its products to distributors and cosmetic companies worldwide. JVL Laboratories has the capability to create new private label product lines to fulfill company or organization orders. All of the companies products meet the United States Food and Drug Administration regulations. JVL Laboratories was founded in 1997 by Jesse Tovar. The company started with less than 2000 square-foot of space and now operates out of more than 180,000 square-foot of manufacturing plant space.
