This company management staff needs training. First, the young lady that drives my granddaughter on route 7291 never comes to work. When they use temporarily drivers, that do not know the city in one incident they left my 9 year old granddaughter to cross Stenton Avenue (6 lanes) of traffic. The bus driver chose not to take her to her destinated stop because he said he might get in an accident if he turned on to Mermaid Lane. Which all the other drivers do. You call to talk to the general manager and you are sent to voice mail. The school has complained, the parents and the feed back is the person who answer the phone is very ignorant. The bus route is too long because it takes them 2 hours everyday to get my granddaughter home. Yes, that's right she is on the bus for 2 hours every day. And, late everyday for school. Her pick up time is 6:50 a.m. Unless, I take her to school and be late for work.
