I accompanied my Brother, as an emergency to Abington Hospital. He suffers from Down's Syndrome and he often needs an advocate when serviced by the medical community. The care and kindness he received by Dr Clark was unprecedented and remarkable. Abington Hospital should be proud to have a doctor with Clark's unique, engaging bedside manners. This is rather rare with my brother's care.

I am so totally grateful to the expertise of Dr Francis J Clark as he used all the advanced technology available to remove my cataracts with a laser correcting my reading vision and astigmatism while fixing my glaucoma with an eye stent. His total dedication to perfection is seen throughout his entire practice.

Over 20 years, I have gratefully appreciated all the services provided by Dr. Clark. He is highly professional and very efficient. I like his demeanor as a doctor even better. He is attentive, kind, with a very positive attitude and eagerness to help. He takes his time and really enjoys his field. For all his expertise, he remains a very humble doctor.

My life was saved by Dr.Carol Shields. She and her team did surgery on my eye just in time. I travel many miles for eye check ups and it is worth every mile driven, for great care and peace of mind this is the place to be.I had amyloidosia 3/4 around my eye which my town eye doctor call a hair or make-up or dry eye.If it went to the brain by waiting longer I would be dead. She was great. They all are at the eye hospital.

My husband had an irritation in his eye and we received a prompt appointment at Wills Eye. Everyone was so kind and concerned. He was diagnosed with cancer on the lower lid and referred to a doctor who took a biopsy. The efficient care and diagnosis will save his sight and his life. Forever grateful.

i was admitted to the will eye emergency dept on 10/7/2011, everyone there took such expert care of myself and my family. I had the best nurse, John, who explained everything to me and soothed my nerves. He also is an expert with the iv. the care you receive is the best and yes you may wait awhile but it is worth it. Dr. Driscoll is a sweetie who gave me my diagnosis thru Dr.Bilyk and she was very thorough and made sure we understood everything before we left. I would recommend anyone who has an eye issue to go here.

I recently had cataract surgery at Wills Eye Surgical Center, with excellent results in both eyes. The entire staff was totally professional from the front staff, to the nurses, and the surgeon, Dr. Francis Clark. The surgery took several minutes, was painless, and I had perfect vision by the next day. this is the place to go for eye surgery.

You may be there awhile BUT it's worth it! You meet people from all over the U.S.

My 87 year old mother was diagnosed with a suspicious nevus (freckle) behind her eye. I was very happy with the tender loving care that was provided. Wills Eye Doctors and Staff are the BEST!
