Our dishwasher stopped draining & after reading the reviews on Google, I decided to give a call to Phoenix Appliance Repair Center. Guy on the phone was helpful and friendly. Me and my wife work 9 to 5, but they do have Saturday availability ( no extra charge ). The 2 hour window of time to wait is more than reasonable compared to everywhere else. The part that we needed was ordered & installed the following Saturday & although the part was expensive, the cost for labor & service call were right on par with the quality of work. I know who to call whenever anything else breaks,Thanks.

I would like to share with you all my experience with Phoenix Appliance Repair Center. Our fridge stopped cooling about 6.30 pm on Sunday before Labor day, and I called Phoenix Appliance Repair Center at 8 pm.I talked to life person and in 5 min scheduled appointment for Monday (Labor day) with no extra charge.Repeir guy diagnosed problem in 15 min.and fixed our refrigerator the same day. We would recommend this company to all our friends and relatives.

They have fast respond time, competitive price, and friendly employee.
