Masks are always required for customers and crew who are not vaccinated. In addition to performing deep cleaning, safety shields are also in place for protection.

      I went through the drive thru this morning at 5:42 a.m. Ordered 2 biscuits and a coffee. When I got to the window was told they could not make coffee that it was "unavailable " I paid for the biscuits and stated " I have never been to a mcdonalds and coffee was unavailable " the person working started screaming something about 3rd shift I rolled up my window and as I was pulling off I could still hear her yelling and she was hanging out the window! Sorry poor customer service skills I tried calling the manager and of course was told she wasn't working today I tried calling the number for complaints on the window and wouldn't you know that person wasn't accepting calls!!

      i went in and ordered my food and their was this manager that was working harder than the crew was i would have to say i had a great experience their and he put the F in fast and yes i would go back

      Do eat here. Poor customer ser...

      Do not eat here. Poor customer service. Manager would not give me her name or get close enough for me to see it. They made a mistake on my order made me wait 30 minutes.

      Gave me attitude about it.

      Mcdonald's 108 frontage road. Piedmont south carolina. 8:15 pm december the 16th

      I had to put a star rating but this is this does not deserve it.
