Nice and friendly staff. No hassles. The hotel is kinda a throwback, but they take good care of it. Don't mind doing business with them when we aren't staying in the mountains at Gatlinburg.

I wanted to book a 2 night getaway for myself and my husband and was told that they don't let locals stay there ! Seriously ! Well, I guess only tourists are good enough for them.

Awesome, nice, clean, quite..would stay again. Very reasonable
