I brought G-Tech a B and R rolling carry-on with a broken expansion mechanism. The repair was performed on time and in a professional manner. When it was ready, they called to tell me that the bag could be picked up. My only complaint is that they don't post the shop's hours. I travel a fair distance and know their hours would let me make better use of my time.

Stole the metal motif of letter V from my bag and didn't fix the bag as promised. Dont ever leave your precious bag there.I didnt even want to rate. But it didnt allow me to submit the view.
