Michael Cole was hired for my sunroom addition. It was incredibly difficult to get him to show up for work. He started work in October 2011 and told me he couldn't finish the job in December of 2011. This was after taking over $14,000 in payment and leaving a room that was only framed. A complaint was filed with the BBB, and was eventually closed. At no time did this company or any representative of it contact me or try to make it right. My advice is to pass on Michael Cole and Cole Restoration Services. If you decide to use this company, pay as you go. Buyer Beware!
