The skill and service at this repair shop are outstanding. I had some odd repair needed to a boot and the repair was not done the simple way that would not have looked good, but he took the time to unstitch, repair and rebuild the boot so that it looks great after the repair. Just picked a pair of cowboy boots that Gary resoled and they look as good as new or better!!! Did them in one day, how's that for service?

Gary is extremely skilled shoe and luggage repair man. He has quoted and fairly charged to repair my shoes (including Birkenstock sole & new cork). He just made quick work repairing my leather brief case. It is perfect. I highly recommend him. Thanks Gary

I give Gary only 5 stars because I can't give him 6 using this system. He has a wonderful attitude toward service, and is very talented and skillful in luggage repair. He gave us an estimate when we brought the suitcase in, but found that the repair required less than he had anticipated and so lowered the price. Prompt service and deliverted with a smile and good cheer. Incredible! This guy is where I would take any shoes and luggage requiring repair: he's great! You will not be disappointed.
