Definitely worth the money! Whoever said the crab legs were soggy and the crab cakes tasted only of pepper are full of it. Their food is delicious, especially the crab legs and crab cakes! Its cranky people like you who make working in the restaurant business undesirable. Joes crab shack has awesome food. I'll definitely be back for the crab nachos soon too!

First timers and we loved it! Was busy, said we would have about 30 min. wait, but was really only about 12 mins. Hubby and I got the Classic Crab Steam Pot for two. It was delicious and we ate every bite! Which I seldom do at restaurants. I also got a Shark Bite drink, wonderful! Teenage kids ordered different things and everyone loved what they got. We can't wait to go back again when we go back to Pittsburgh.

Not worth the money. Crab came in a bucket and was soggy. It was the Crab Daddy Feast. Wife ordered the East Coast Platter and the fish was nothing more than 2 fish sticks. The Crab cake that came with it tasted only of pepper. My son ordered the Mini Beach Burgers and the buns were hard as a rock. Like they microwaved them for too long. They took the burgers back, but tried giving him the same plate with the same French Fries!! We went on a Sunday afternoon, and they were not that busy around 4:30pm. However, the service left much to be desired, as well as the food. The dancing waitresses just did not make up for what was our worst dining out experience to date. Go ahead, experience it for yourself.
