SSA installs and services residential and commercial security, fire, CCTV and access systems. We monitor our accounts with our own established UL Listed Monitoring Station 24 hours a day 365 days a year. We are one of the few privately held security companies that do not use the services of another company for monitoring. We offer 24/7 support and service from real people on duty ready to help when needed. Our success in the marketplace is based upon structuring our company's services and resources to meet the specific needs of our clients. We have developed the infrastructure necessary to deliver systems and support on time and within the client's budget. We are committed to resolving problems quickly - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. That's the SSA Difference! Our service area is all of Western PA, and also includes Monongalia, Wetzel, Marshall and Ohio counties in West Virginia.

Service poor. We had an appointment scheduled for 8 am and both of us stayed home from what we had planned. SSA instead sent its service person to fix the system at the owner's son's house. Nobody called us. We have been sitting here waiting. How about a courtesy call to let us know? How about serving the customers before the owner's son?
We're extremely happy we went with SSA!! Sales rep. was very knowledgeable, and called post-install to assure our satisfaction! Their installer was curteous and professional. He worked efficiently and removed all debris upon completion. Have found the system very easy to use, and highly recommend Security Systems of America! Tom & Gigi Beatty
