We would like to give you taste of South Hills Community Baptist Church. The information listed below will help you understand our priorities and our relationship as a church family. A Bible-Believing Church... We believe that the bible is the Word of God and we hold it as the authority over our lives. Our worship services and the Bible study programs are all intended to help us learn more about what the Bible teaches and how we can apply it to our lives. A Church Fellowship... We believe the church is an extended family. As brothers and sisters in Christ, we believe it is important that we know one another personally. The church is a place where we can laugh together, cry together, encourage one another, and depend on one another for comfort and support. Since many of us are transplants from other places, SHCBC is really our extended family. An Evangelistic Church... We believe that Jesus is the answer to the world's problems. The fact is, Jesus Christ is alive from the dead and He has the power to change our lives for the better. When you look at all the other religeous options in the world today, nobody else can say their founder is permanently risen from the dead! We enjoy telling other people about the real Jesus! A Caring Church... We care about each other, and we care about you! If you or your family have any immediate needs, please tell us as soon as possible.
